As a courtesy, we take care of billing your insurance company for you. Our fees are established within the usual and customary limits for physical and occupational therapy treatment in our area. Remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our policies regarding fees are clearly defined and discussed with you upon your first visit.
